A common problem on all single engine Cessnas is years of deterioration and inadequate repairs to the carburetor airbox. We've seen so many of these damaged with loose hardware, just waiting to come apart. This is a very dangerous situation as hardware, or debris can be ingested by the engine which could lead to a carburetor that cannot be controlled, or a seized engine. We make the correct repairs and ensure many more years of trouble free operation. One thing we also recommend on aircraft with damaged air boxes is a dynamic balance of the propeller.

We installed this camera mount on a Bell 407 for a local operation. They had great mechanics, but structural repairs or modifications require special skills, materials, and tooling. If you have a need for sheetmetal modification or repairs, please call us first. We can come to your facility if need be.

Another damaged engine air inlet box. These can be especially dangerous if left to deteriorate and crack. Who knows what would happen if hardware or bits of metal get ingested by the engine. Contact us for a dynamic propeller balance to help this kind of damage to a minimum.

Another single engine Cessna with engine cowling fasteners that have been neglected. This flight school had many hours on this aircraft and due to neglected inspections the damage was too bad to let it go. Well they did the right thing and gave us the opportunity to expertly repair the lower cowling.

A simple repair for a beautiful aircraft, the Navion. We helped install the reinforcement kit for the larger IO-470 engine and we discovered the upper cowling had some damage that needed to be repaired. This repair we did with our eyes closed, we're that good.

Ouch! It's never fun to see an aircraft that suffers from a wheels up landing. Luckily we were able to get the aircraft flying again without much hassle. First thing we do is pull the skins off and see what kind of damage we're working with. Lucilly Textron sells most of the parts for Barons, but even then we can fabricate what's needed to get the aircraft back together and airworthy again.

A common issue with Cardinals, those nice big doors make it easy to get in the aircraft, but left unlatched if caught in the wind can really damage the hinges in the fuselage. We had to fabricate new brackets and install them. Overall this repair is barely noticable and the customer couldn't be happier to have their doors close easily again.

If you know, you know. One of the most problematic areas on a UH-60 is the 308 beam that will crack. In this case the Columbian Police Department in Bogata had a few Blackhawks in this condition and needed a crew to come take care of the repairs. Using the correct fasteners and fabrication skills allowed for a clean repair with years of trouble free operation and getting these mission-critical assets back on the line.

Navions are often cursed by cracks in the same areas and this one was no different. Looked like a few people tried their best to repair it, but none of them got the damage out and properly patched. Thankfully we have the skills to do it right and get it to a condition that won't require more repairs to the same area in the future.

This one of a kind aircraft, the Toxo from Spain. It was assembled by the manufacturer in hopes of mass producing the aircraft but unfortunately the company suffered from bankruptcy. The current owner had us fabricate and install a more permanent stainless steel battery box and panel for master and starter solenoids. All work on this was done in house and something we're very proud of.

We installed windows int the canopy of two Varga aircraft used by a local flight school that offers formation training. Before these windows were expertly installed the visibility was pretty limited. Now, it's nothing but blue skies ahead.

A faulty installation of this vertical stabilizer caused a lot of damage to this poor Varga. Already a problematic area with an AD, it was critical the right team was on the job, which was us.....We got the repairs completed with minimal invasiveness and the aircraft if flying trouble free again.
